Sticky or Link to Transfer Thread?

Hi all - I am not getting search to work. Is there a sticky or a good thread on all the transfer rules, including the relationship between transferred points and banking/borrowing (i.e. can transferee bank/borrow points, can banked/borrowed points be transferred, etc.).

Only current points may be transferred - banked and/or borrowed points may not be transferred.

Members may have ONE transfer - either into or out of their account - per Use Year.

Transfers are done from a specific Use Year from one member into the same Use Year of another member. (You could transfer or accept a transfer of 2008 points into/out of your 2008 Use Year).

Transferred points may be banked into the following Use Year.

Transfers are not supposed to involve any monetary exchange.

Being new I hate to add something here... I believe transferred points also retain their home resort priority.
