Stick family shirts needed for surprise trip>>>>we leave in 5 days>>>>please

Hi to all you wonderful designers!! I have been looking for a stick family shirt design but was unable to find one. I even tried creating my own...let's just say it was a total disaster!! I would greatly appreciate if someone could create a stick family design for our two daughters surprise trip, we leave in 5 days .

I was thinking maybe it could say:

At the top: Making Magical Memories

Family: Bubba (Dad)
Tiesha (Mom)
Bailee (7 yr. daughter)
Emily (4 yr. daughter)

At the bottom: Walt Disney World 2011
