Stiches Great Escape open yet?

It is scheduled to open this fall. Does anyone know if it will be open by the second week of September?

Rumor has it there is a soft opening begining Sept 1st. Keeping my fingers crossed for end of Sept.

If there is a soft opening for Sept. 1, boy would I be doing the happy dance! I have an AP also, if it is just for AP's.

Boy i hope so my 8 year old DD loves stich she walks around the house doing her stich voice all the time ( drives her big sister nuts, but i think it's cute)

I saw the show the other day. Very much like Alien Encounter. I was less than impressed. I hope the final touches really make it better. For a stich fan, it was a bit of a let down. Look for an official opening by Sept 21st.

Only, I hope you are right! We will be there 10/08 and my kids love Stitch. Only my DH has done Alien, do you think that would make a difference? If people like us had never seen the show before maybe we would enjoy Stitch more! Anyway, we are excited!!!!!

How dare you accuse OnlyHonesty of lying! I was in the test audience with him! We watched it together right after our ride on the Matterhorn, and before we watched the Electric Light Parade.

I have to agree with him. The Stitch attraction was a bit of a letdown, although I did enjoy the scene where Stitch tries to eat Michael Eisner after reading the video sales for "Stitch! The Movie".

So for the last time, Jasminesmommy, please stop impugning his integrity. He and I will be back tomorrow with our report from Animal Kingdom on the new Everest roller coaster.

Apparently the Grand opening for STITCH is Oct 1, the first night of MNSSHP!!! Cant wait

Look for passholder previews in September. Since they JUST started working on the queue area, a Sept. 1 open sound dubious at best. The last I heard was soft openings beginning in October (probably for MNSSHP), a full-blown grand opening on Nov. 1.
