Stevia on Board

I have had to end my relationship with Splenda due to stomach issues.
I think I remember Stevia being on The Fantasy in February, am I correct?

Anyone have a better memory than me?

Good question. I no longer use Splenda either, only Stevia now.

I bought a small box and have it ready to pack next week just in case they don't have it.

There was no Stevia on my last cruise. I always travel with my own individual bags. My only problem was remembering to bring one to dinner.

Just confirming I don't remember any Stevia from the Dream last week either. They have the "generic" pink, blue and yellow packets.

Is steevia less sweet than splenda and better for you than splenda? I have to get off splenda because it is causing me nerve problems and shakes. My doc recommended Nectresse, but it's taking me a while to come off the overly sweet flavor of splenda! I can't find anything sweet enough!

Stevia is plant based I read online that if you want sweeter try the truvia, that is made from the sweeter part of the plant.
I had some truvia in the cabinet from a recipe and I have been using that. I use about a teaspoon in my coffee and it tastes as sweet as the splenda to me.

Yes, get off the splenda it is bad for many of us.
