Doreen - sometimes I can't believe how far I've come. It just amazes me that I've stuck to something for so long.

Yesterday I did another 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Our band flex came in last night so maybe we'll get it assembled today.
 
Here are my new measurements

Hips 48 (-.5)
Waist 40 (0)
Tummy 41.5 (-1.5)

I forgot to weigh in this morning so I'll do that tomorrow. Update - I only lost 1lb this week which was gone early in the week. I think its b/c I didn't drink enough water after going out drinking so I'm still retaining a lot of fluid.

Yesterday I didn't get any walking in but I did spend 3 hrs assembling our new home gym - boy am I sore now. I haven't tried it out yet - I was just too tired after I put it together.

Today I mowed the lawn and worked out on the home gym.
 
Today I only managed 1mile on the treadmill. I had hoped to have time for more but I had housework that really needed to get done. I"m sure I did get some extra exercise in for all the housework.
 
Last night I did 10 mins (1/2mile) on the treadmill then 20 mins on the home gym working out upper and lower body. I can't wait to see the results from weight training.
 

Yesterday I walked about a mile (15mins) around the neighborhood.
 
Today I walked about 30mins.

My new measurements are

Hips 48 (0)
Waist 40 (0)
Tummy 41 (-.5)
 
My new weight for this week is 200.

I did 20 min on the home gym today.
 
I didn't exercise today:( but it's b/c I've got a pretty bad cold and didn't do much at all today but rest. Depending on how I feel tomorrow I may or may not exercise. I don't want to make it worse.
 
I didn't exercise much last week b/c I was sick. I did manage to get in a 15min walk to the drugstore on Thursday and I did a lot of walking with my mom on Sat. Yes it was only at the mall but it was a lot more moving around than I had been doing previously.

My weigh in yesterday was great - probably a product of my illness. I lost 5lbs bringing me to 195.

Well I'm finally back to my journal and now I'll try to use it for exercise and meals. Maybe if I start writing down what I eat again it will help me.

I did 1 mile on the treadmill yesterday.

Monday
Breakfast - peach yogurt 4pts

Dinner - Chicken BLT salad 9pts
