My hubby finally caved at is going to let me have a dvc, and I just got off the phone with my dvc lady and we are approved for financing!!!

Congrats!! I have been trying to convince my DBF that we need to buy one too but he thinks it's a waste right now. We are looking into buying a house and really don't need to make any extra payments right now but I am hoping in a few years, that may all change and we can get it then.
