We are thinking about using our points for the Stein Erikson Lodge in Utah. Has anyone ever gone there? We will be going in the summertime. Any info will be helpful. Thanks.

Sorry Can't help you on a summertime stay there or stay on points. It has been a number of years since we stayed there for skiing.DW doesn't ski and she loved it.It is one of the nicest luxury lodges around. The Spa is top notch.I'm sure there is plenty to keep you occupied in the summer such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing etc. Here are a few websites:

I live in Salt Lake and can tell you the Stein is legendary around here! Park City is fun in the summer, an old mining town with lots of history and charm. Old Main Street is great for strolling, shopping and eating. There are also TONS of outdoorsy things to do. Most of the ski areas do alpine slides (like sledding down a ski slope), zip lines (scary at first, but a blast) and horseback riding. There are hiking trails, gondola rides up the mountain, etc.

In other words, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. Have fun!
