Steakhouse 55 for breakfast...reservations

Would one need reservations to get in for breakfast (on a Monday) at 55?

We had breakfast there last Friday and we walked right in. No reservations were necessary.

I generally make them, simply because I don't want to get stuck waiting. I've even made them morning of. Call about an hour before we go down.

MOST of the time, we walk in and are seated in 10-15 mins. I have been there when the wait was an hour.

We've just shown up and have gotten seated within 10 minutes. No real need for reservations.

However, the last time we were there, the service was incredibly slow and our breakfast lasted for close to 1.5 hours. Since we were just trying to get something to eat before heading to the parks with our 1 and 3 year olds, that was absolutely horrible.

Hoping that was an abnormality as usually we're in and out of there pretty quickly.

We usually go mid- to off-season, but never needed a reservation for Steakhouse 55 breakfast. It's not as family-friendly, so it's just not as busy.

They serve up a really great breakfast for a good, price, though. One of our favorites.
