I'm assuming you're talking about how to get there from Epcot?

Since Shula's is at the Dolphin, you could take the Slow Boat from the International Gateway exit or walk past the Beach Club and Yacht Club, following the pathway straight to the Dolphin.

Or if you're at the Studios, you can take the boat from there or walk the pathway near the bus stop side of the lagoon. You didn't say where you'd be coming from, and that makes a difference.

Sorry... you are right... I didn't even considering getting there from DS. LOL! I meant Epcot... but now that you meant the studios...

My first assumption was International Gateway from Epcot, though.
You can walk it or take the slow boat. Walking is much faster.
