Steak on Kid's Menu?

Other than LeCellier, can anyone think of a restaurant on the DDP that offers a kid's steak? We're doing a last minute trip (3/3-3/6), and DD (9) was really looking forward to having steak, but we're obviously are too late for a LeCellier reservation.

Yachtsman Steakhouse (2 TS credits) has "steak skewers".

Jiko (also 2 TS credits) has "filet of beef".

I am trying to think of steakhouses (Yachtsman was the only one that I could think of, and there may be others) and 2 TS places like Jiko, which often have an "enhanced" kids' menu.

Citricos and Narcossee's (both at GF and I think that those are both 2 TS credits, too)...

Citricos has beef tenderloin.

Narcossee's has filet mignon.

California Grill (oak-fired steak)!

All of those are resort restaurants, so it shouldn't be too difficult to get an ADR. And you could easily eat at one of the GF restaurants or at CG after an MK day, at Jiko after an AK day, or at Yachtsman on an Epcot day. (Just consider taking a taxi back to your resort if you aren't going back to a park!)

Have a great trip!

Thanks so much Elmo; I hadn't even considered the 2 TS restaurants!
These sound awesome. Oddly enough, DD doesn't eat steak at home, although DH is a grill wizard. I think her many trips to LeCellier have made this a sentimental request rather than a gastronomical one. Since we've only used one of our three TS so far, I definately think it's worth considering.
I really appreciate the info. Hopefully it will help someone else struggling to feed their kids something other than the usual junk Disney throws at them. :flower3:

I just feel your pain! When we went in 2009, our oldest was 9. By the end our our trip, she was very frustrated with the kid's menus. To complicate things, she's vegetarian, which limited her choices even further (both DDs and I are vegetarian, but DH is not!). (We were at Sunshine Seasons in The Land, and she was so frustrated at this point that I just let her get anything for lunch - which turned out to be yogurt, potato chips and fruit for 3 snack credits!)

I just remembered how Yachtsman (I had read a Yachtsman vs. Le Cellier steakhouse thread, so DH compared the two!) and Jiko (from our 2008 trip) had a more varied kids' menu. I assume that this is because of the 2 TS credits.

BTW, I think that Le Cellier is 2 TS credits for dinner in 2011. I would check on that if you are still looking into it.

Grand Floridian Cafe also has a kids steak (allears has it with a $2 additional charge though) - and a kids salmon (DS was very happy with that one!) Its only 1 TS credit.

I definately like the 1 TS aspect!

We're having dinner at the GF Cafe. DS LOVES steak, and we wanted to do a 1TS credit that allowed him to have a 'good' dinner, too. The kids get so tired of nuggets and mac-n-cheese, don't they?

LeCellier becomes a 2 credit Signature Dining restaurant for dinner starting March 1. Lunch will remain at 1 credit. The new menu has not yet been released. People have reported that you can only make dinner reservations by calling so perhaps there is availability for your dates.
