Steak meals for kids on DDP

We're eating at a few restaurants that say +$2 for the kid's steak on the kids menu. Do we pay the $2 if we're on the DDP too? Or is that only for people OOP?

Also, totally unrelated, but what is included at EOS for a CS meal? Is it a sandwich, chips, drink and dessert? Or are the chips a snack credit? I know when we were there last month and paid OOP, the chips were not included. Thanks!

I believe at EOS it is a sandwich, drink and then EITHER chips OR dessert. Someone will correct me if I am wrong, but that's my recollection.
