Steak available during lunch at Fulton's?

The only time we can fit in Fulton's is for lunch and I'd like DH to have steak options available - his usual choice is surf & turf.

I like seafood too but wanted to try other places before this one. However, it's the ONLY thing DH came up with when I asked him what he wanted to do on our trip. So we're going to try Fulton's...I was surprised he even paid attention to his colleague's mention of this place (tho he asked if there's somewhere to eat on a paddlewheel boat ) Maybe there's hope for that late blooming gene!

Fulton's being one of the diminishing number of upscale restaurants at WDW, I tend to think they will be accommodating and serve steak at lunch, even if it's not on the menu.
