It appears to be a company that acts as an intermediary to rent out DVC points. Can't say I've ever heard of them before and a whois lookup of their web address shows it was created in April 2012, so it s a fairly new company.

Seems awfully new. I've heard decent things about David's Disney Vacation Club Rentals (dvcrequest.com) or you can try the DVC section on the DIS.

I would use Davids too, I've heard lots of good things about him, and he's established.
