i've been having a lot of trouble with the lists lately, and am trying to weed out the serious people since all the boxes are about to take off soon

Unfortunately, I think I may have caught on too late to this thread--I leave on Tuesday the 8th and I'm going to be there until the 12th. I noticed that box 2 doesn't have anyone until the 11th. I have already made a cute poster for my window (so if you're staying at Pop--look for it..it's on disney striped vellum with mickey ears spelling out "with a Y"), but I was wondering if you wanted me to take down some markers, scissors, colored pencils, etc.

Just let me know before tuesday!

I have started collecting items for box 3. I went to Dollar Tree and I got...

Window Clings - Pooh and Princesses
Lime green window border (like Teachers use around their bulletin boards)
Tape
6 foot extension cord
Stickers
Edited to add: Pooh latex balloons, Disney flash cards (I am going to laminate some of the pictures on the cards), a lime green notebook for journaling - I think that is it so far.

I still have about 50+ days to go, so I will continue to gather items.

Just a suggestion... For box 3, I am going to tape a plastic page protector (the kind you put in a 3 ring binder) to the top of the box. I will then put in sheets of paper, and on each sheet I will one person's name, confirmation number, and check in date. When one person is leaving the box at the front desk for the next person, all they will need to do is pull out the top sheet of paper that had their name and information on it, and the next sheet of paper will list the information for the next person that will be picking up the box. I think that might help to keep the box flowing from person to person.

I just found this thread....I was inspired by the thread about decorating and have bought dry erase boards, window clings, etc., etc.,

I am staying at the POP 8/23-8/30....If I can fit into a schedule please let me know and I will immediately PM any info you need.

I will of course leave all the items in the box that I intend to decorate with!!!!

I am still here and will be at POP in Sept.!!! My computer has broken and I can only get online a every few days!! I have to save my Disney money so a NEW computer will
have to wait until AFTER our trip!!! LOL !!! I have the names I need and am SOOOOO
