Hello All,

My family will be in the World this Nov., staying at POP. We're planning our traditional Kona Cafe breakfast early one morning, around 7:30 AM, then on to the MK for opening.

I was wondering...if we drive to Poly that morning, would we be permitted to leave the vehicle in the Poly parking lot so we can take the monorail to the MK? I know we could probably park at TTC (right?), but it would be a little easier to leave the car at the Poly. Thoughts?

You will not be allowed to park all day at the Poly if you aren't a guest. You'll have to park at the TTC, which is right next to it.

The parking lot for MK is the TTC, so that's the best place for you to park. Then, you can either walk over to the Polynesian for breakfast via the nifty path, about 7-8 mins, or take the monorail. Then, just take either the little ferry boat to MK or the monorail. But, please, do not leave your car at the Polynesian for the day. There are plenty of people who are paying to stay there, that need spaces for their cars. And, you could come back to find your car to have been moved, via a towtruck. Doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

I agree with what has been said. You don't want to risk having your car towed at the Polynesian, so my advice leave a little bit earlier for the TTC. Besides if you take the Monorail from the TTC - Polynesian, it's the very next stop & you can also walk it from there.

Good to know...I didn't feel comfortable parking at Poly, but my DB (thinks he) knows everything, so thanks for confirming my suspicions!
