Hi everyone. We are staying at Pop Century in August and we are planning on getting our tickets in advance. We would like to go to the park early in the morning on our arrival day. Do our tickets need to be recoded at Disney to identify us as resort guests or do you need to go to the resort and get a second ticket? Bottom line question: If you buy tickets in advance, how do you get identified as a resort guest? Thanks much.

Your room key, which is a plastic card, will have your name on it and the dates of your stay. Each person in your party listed on your room reservation will receive a key. That is what you will be asked to show at the gate to be admitted to early entry. Of course, you will also need a ticket to be admitted, but it doesn't matter where you get your tickets.

You're going to have to go to your resort first, check in and get your resort card. If you're room isn't ready, likely, you'll just check your luggage with the bell captain.
