we are going to stay off site the first part of our trip since it doesn't include disney but we are going to hit the park march 23 and 24, if we book the 23 for one night at pop resort will we get to take advantage of the early hours or late hours on the 23 and 24? any suggestion for this time frame would be greatly welcome

Yes, you will get EMH on both your arrival day and your departure day. The hotel also can hold your luggage for you after you check out. I would book the room quickly though because they are filling up quickly for that week(you can always cancel later).
