Can anyone help with some strategies to keep from straying too far from Weight Watchers while on vacation at the World?
We'll be staying at the Polynesian for a week in March. We love the restaurants all over WDW. Restaurants we will definitely and/or are likely to eat at include: Liberty Tree Tavern, Hoop-de-Doo, Kona Cafe, 'Ohana, Rose and Crown, Tusker House.
We'll be staying concierge (first time ever- woo hoo!!), and I think that will make grabbing a light and healthy breakfast easier. I'm hoping that starting the day with juice, fruit, oatmeal or cereal at the concierge lounge will work out well. I don't want to be a "diet Nazi" and spend tons of energy and time focusing on counting points during the week.
Does anybody have some words of wisdom to help me stay at least close to program during the week, while still enjoying the variety of dining experience at WDW?
