Staying on Cash Reservation with DVC Discount Question

We are booked in April on a cash reservation with the DVC discount. I asked when I booked if we could do the dining plan and they said yes, but I didn't want to pay for it right then and there so I said I would call back to add it.

Here we are 99 days away and I was looking online to add it. I'm pretty sure I had the option earlier. So did the option to add the dining plan online go away or am I not able to add it?

Does someone know if you are booked on a cash reservations with DVC discount through Member Services can you add the dining plan?

Call MS. I'm virtually positive that you can add the dining plan to a cash reservation made through MS, but believe you have to call to do it.
