Hi. We are getting excited for our trip this June. From the 3-10 we'll be at WDW. Then for 5 nights we'll be at Quality Suites Universal. We get 5 free nights for points, plus we have tix for US/IOA. (Buy 2 days get 3 more.I think)I hear a lot of the perks that staying on site gives, especially FOTL. Will we still be able to see and do a lot even if we are coming from off site? We will be their during the week of June 11-16. How will the crowds be at that time? I'm sure the same advice goes, get their early. I feel like I've spent a lot of time planning for Disney, but not for US/IOA so I need to get going. Thanks for any information. By the way we are a family of 5. 3 girls. Youngest is 8, oldest is 12. We all love rollercoasters.

P.S. If we had already purchased our tix, will we get any refunds for the new prices of kids getting in free? Just wondering how that works.

Lisa

Crowds or not, you'll have plenty of time with 5 days to see everything, you just may be standing in lines a bit more

Not sure about the refund on the tickets you already bought.

5 days is a lot of time. And yes, the best advice is to arrive early.

The crowds show up between the hours of 11am and 4pm.
I'm sure it will be hard to get everyone up and going early in the morning.
If you encounter long lines, just tell everyone you need to arrive at 8am and be first to the gate.
Pack your own cooler. Eating doughnuts with milk in the hotel room will help you get an early start.
