Staying off site, how do I manage FP+

We purchased tickets in advance, but are not staying on site.
How can I sign up for FP+ in advance? The tix are new and have not been used before, but I also have one that has a few days still left on it from before all these new changes were implemented. Can I use that to get fast passes in advance as well?

• Add your family members who also have a ticket as well.
• You can make your fast pass selections THIRTY DAYS in advance
  
• You can still make ADR's 180 days in advance even if you are off property
• Download the App to your smartphone; Google Play Store for Android and App Store for iPhone to manage and view your selections.
