We have decided to stay offsite for a week at the end of August to save a little cash because we have another trip to WDW scheduled for December. I know we can start booking our FP's 30 days out once we purchase our park tickets.

Will we still be able to get a FP for the Mine Train, BOG, and some of the other more popular FP attractions?(not interested in the A&E meet and greet).

Oh, one other question, we have purchased Park passes/hoppers from Undercover tourist in the past when we have stayed off site. Will we be able to link these in to set up our FP choices. If so how do you go about this

(Sorry many questions as we haven't been to the world for a little while when they still only had the legacy FP's)

Note that BOG is NOT part of the FP system on MDE. It is a separate website, and available only to onsite guests. If you get a BOG FP for a time that you're onsite, it does not affect your "regular" FPs in any way.

You enter the numbers (or easier, scan the barcodes using a smartphone) from your tickets into MDE. You must do this before you can get FPs.

Might want to buy the UT tickets soon, since there is often a late summer price increase.

Yes, we got UC tickets in December and stayed at 5 stars. No problem at all linking to MDX. You will need the number from the back of the UC tickets and they will go right over.

We are "offsite" (Shades of Green) for our upcoming trip, I had no problem getting FP+ for our group of 9 at 30 days out except the elusive A&E (which I only wanted 2 for). While we did get everything we wanted including Mine Train, but times were less than ideal. I tried adjusting them, and in some cases, I was successful, but not at MK. I'm pretty sure our party size worked against us for the time issue, but we still managed to get what we wanted.
