Staying Off Resort Early Morning ADR Problem

So I'm a little nervous. In October I will be going to Disney World and staying off resort. I have an ADR for Cinderella's Royal Table at 0820. The park opens at 0900. My understanding is that the park transportation starts 1 hour before the park opens. That won't give me enough time. I was told that the resort monorail loop starts at 0700 to accomodate those with early ADRs and that I can have someone drop me off at the Grand Floridian at 0730 and hop right on. Can someone confirm for me that this plan will work: that the resort monorail starts early enough and that I can use it at the Grand Floridian even though I am staying off resort?

Or...just park at the TTC, and walk over to the Polynesian. Although I think you can still get on the monorail at the TTC at 7:45ish.
