Very much like the look of this hotel. has a lot of what i felt was missing from the Disney hotels ( REal BReakfast, Crew room great yo put the kids down and relax after a day at the park, and the price is great ). What i would miss would be teh Magic hours in the Park. I asume you dont get these with the non disney hotels, but did i read somewhere that you can buy them? Also do you still get fast pass with non disney hotels? I think i read you can upgrade to VIP fast pass, has anyone ever done this?

When I stayed at the Explorers (this was 3 years ago I think) you didn't get hot items at breakfast unless you paid extra for it.

You don't get EMH while staying at the Explorers unless you all have Dream Annual Passes as park entry tickets - thats the only way to get EMH entry while staying offsite (unless you are at the Hotel L'Elysee val d'europe).

Everyone has access to the fastpass machines, regardless of which park ticket/ annual pass you have.

VIP fastpass tickets can be bought at the DLH and other places I'm sure, but they cost around 60 euros per person per day :scared1:!

I've stayed at Explorers around 4 times now and also plan to do so for our trip at New Year and have always been happy. Never heard of buying the EMH but I'm sure somebody else can help you with that.

With regards to fastpass, I've just purchased a VIP fastpass for £135, this covers 2 days for up to 5 people.

Hope this helps x

Brill thats just what i needed.

do you buy your park tickets locally?

You can't buy EMH but to benefit from it you can buy Dream annual passes instead of park tickets. As well as EMH these also give 10% discount for dining, both table and counter service, and 20% for shopping. Plus if you plan a return holiday within the year you'll already have your access to the parks sorted.

What VIP fastpass have you brought? I know of the premium fastpass that costs €80 per person per day. I've never heard of ones that cover multiple people over multiple days.

Where did you get it from? It might be worth it for our next summer trip.
