Hi we are talking about our 3rd visit to the World. The last 2 times we stayed on-site and never left the World. This time I still want to stay on-site, but my family want to go visit Universal and Sea World. What do people suggest? Rent a car for the whole time, rent one from the World for a couple days or split our stay half in the world and half in Orlando? Or do you know of an easy way that's not too expensive to get out of the park to the other parks for the day? Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If it were me, personally I would take Magical Express to WDW and spend whatever time you want there. Then I would check out, pick up a rental car from Disney property, and head to Sea World for the day. After Sea World, I would drive over to Universal and check into one of their on-site hotels. Spend a day or two at Universal and return the rental at the airport to go home.

Thanks. Is it worth leaving Disney at all to visit Universal and Sea World? They feel like they would be a step down from the World experience.

I'd rent a car. It's a LOT easier to get around even inside WDW.
