We decide to stay in a villa this next Christmas.

Im wondering, what I might need to take.

I plan to stay home x-mas day and cook a traditional dinner.

I do plan to contact the owner about what is and isnt in the kitchen.

Is there anything you wish you would of thought to take?

Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated!

It will probably not be decorated. You will probably need a roasting pan and turkey baster. I'm sure others have other ideas for you.

I would wait and see what is offered. We try to have what you would need for these ocasions. It might be wise to purchase a throw away tin pan so you do not have to clean so much but other then that I would say besides the food abd don't forget the spices you should be good to go.

Sorry I forgot decorations. I am putting a tree up for our guests for the holidays so check they may have something already.

That is so nice that you're putting up decorations.

I know when we've rented both in Orlando and elsewhere. Basic kitchen utensils were always there. Like small and medium pots and pans. All eating dishes. I would think you'll need a bigger roasting pan for turkey, ham, or whatever you'll be cooking. You may also need a pot or 2. I know we've usually only seen 2-3 in our rentals.
