Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I'll give it a try. For anyone with letting the concierge staff make priority seating arrangements...have there ever been any priority seating requests that concierge was unable to arrange? Did you get all you requested?

Thanks.

I would think that just about all of your PS requests would be able to be made (depending on the time of year) with the possible exception of CRT.

We've used them to make PSs within an hour or so of when we wanted to eat, and they always seemed to come through with flying colors.

Good luck!!

:D :D

We asked the GF RPC to make PS changes for us during our 5/02 trip, and they were unable to do it. We needed to adjust the time of a reservation at a GF restaurant (Park Fare character dinner), and they were unable to do it. We made the request several days before our PS, so there was plenty of time to make a change. Also, we asked for a PS at another restaurant (Le Cellier), and they were unable to book it.

When we stayed at the YC concierge, we had them make/change many PS's, and they were able to do everything that we asked.

If there is a PS that is important to you either book it yourself, or be sure to follow up with the concierge planning office to be sure that it was made properly.

I have no problem last Nov. I called 2 nights before for my AKL-concierge, and have this ridiculous request... CA Grill, by the window, watch fireworks, quiet, and watch the electrical parade, on a Sat nite. I told them I just don't expect it, but just want to see if I can even get a table.

Guess what, they honored my request completely. We watched the MGM firework, instead of the MK one (on the other side), in the smaller CA Grill room, which is very quiet and romantic. And we have a late seatings, with no screaming kids around, and watched the e. parade. What more could I ask for??

My DW and I stayed at the concierge level at WL in May. They handled all our PS requests perfectly. We were making last minute changes (can't make up our minds!) and it was never a problem. We were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary (which is actually 6/10/2002, but we couldn't schedule our vacation then) and the concierge staff almost always noted this on the PS. There were some wonderful surprises at several restaurants where the staff came our to wish us happy anniversary!
