Staying at WH over DH b-day?

Looking for ideas for my dh's birthday. We are staying at WH, so I guess I could bake him a cake, but I don't want to, lol. We will be going to DHS for Star Wars weekend that day and we have an ADR at Mama Melrose's per his request, but I haven't planned anything else. Anybody have any ideas? He'll be 44 and we are a family of 5.

We were staying at WH during my DS 7th B-day. The day before I went to Wal-Mart and picked up a cookie cake (but you could do a regular cake also), and several Mickey mylar balloons. We had brought Mickey cups, plates etc. from home. He stayed with DH while I was at the store and then I hid the balloons in the spare bedroom and the cake in the kitchen. He was very surprised on his birthday morning You would need to adjust a bit for an adult but basically anything you want you can get nearby at Wal-Mart, Target, etc.
