Staying at VWL first time, what rooms or views should I NOT want?

I have stayed at BWV and OKW but this is our first time at VWL. Iwould like to know what views or particular rooms to avoid. I know of the "dumpster" view and I think I read about a couple of rooms that have a window missing or something due to the way it was built. I personally don't care if I see just pine trees or whatever, just not that dumpster! Also besides the dumpster, are there any other rooms that are near a noisy area or are they all with the dumpster?

By the way we'll be arriving on 1/14-1/22.

If you ask to be on the "pool" or "bay" side of the villas, you should be okay. You may not have a pool or bay view though. I think the dumpster view (which I was looking for, but never found) is on the opposite side of the wing.

Ask for a room close to the elevators. The "dumpster view" rooms are located at the far end of the hallway.

I think they all end in 19. We stayed in 5519. Not only are these larger rooms, they have two balconies. One is off the living room, and one is off the master bedroom (in a dormer-kind of small). You'll have a view of the quiet pool and a partial view of Bay Lake (not enough to see EWP at night).

This is correct advice.
The dumpster, and bus depot are on the opposite side of the bay/pool side of the resort.

Footnote: I personally don't think the dumpster view is as bad as represented here (although I agree it would be my last choice of views).
