Staying at the Radisson ..rent a car or use shuttle?

Some friends of mine are staying at the Radisoon in a few weeks. Should they rent a car to go back and forth from the parks? I thought that might be faster for them than to use the shuttle.

We prefer torent a car no matter where we stay. It makes it easier to get everywhere. Plus you can usually find a great deal somewhere on the internet.

We often visit Disney resorts for dinner, or shop at some of the great area shopping destinations. Even getting to and from the airport is easier.

We stayed at the Radisson Celebration last week - and used a rental car! I like the freedom of setting my own schedule (which is just as well, because the heat gave me some killer migraines that often brought the day's proceedings to an early end!) Having the rental car also made it easier to do other things, e.g. shopping, visiting other area attractions etc.

We've stayed there a number of times and liked having a car because it's easy to get back and forth there. It's close to the parks so it might take you a half hour to get back with a car vs. an hour with the bus!
