Staying at the Dolphin Need a good room

My neice is going for the second part of her honeymoon to WDW and staying at the Dolphin. Can someone suggest a good room for her to request? I think since she is Platinum Preferred she will be getting a one bedroom junior suite, I was just wondering if anyone knows of a junior suite that has a very good view of EPCOT.

Also, is there a number where you can fax a room request over like you can at the Disney Owned Hotels?

I know the people on these boards know everything there is to know, So this is where I ask all my important questions.
