Staying at the DLH--do we get our tickets there?

Last night, I booked our trip for September on-line. We're very excited! I bought a package, and we're staying at the Disneyland Hotel. One thing the website didn't mention was where and when we get our park tickets. Do we get them when we check in to the hotel, or do they mail them to us earlier? Also--are they paper tickets, or plastic cards?

You will get your package about 2 weeks before your arrival date with all the package goodies inside it.

Not sure if they are paper or plastic tickets, but both hold up pretty good.

We just got ours in the mail yesterday for our April 16th trip. The tickets are plastic cards, not paper.
