Have booked 2 nights in one of the new Royal rooms for next May, really looking forward to it after these photos. The resort looks gorgeous

I just read the first post on the new POR thread and clicked on the link to this one. Love it! I can't believe it took me this long to check it out. All the pictures are making me want to be at POR even more (if that's even possible)! I'm getting the warm and fuzzies.....

My son was 5'7" and he had an ok time. 5 feet should be perfect.

We stayed at POFQ last trip but we spent some time at POR, too. Here's a few pics I snapped.

Just love how peaceful both resorts are. After a busy day at the parks, it's so nice to come back to a place that is so relaxing!

so is that that the "trundle"?? just a mattress on the floor?

Yeah basically. It has some frame to it just so you can slide it in and out from under the bed.

Are the trundle beds only in Alligator Bayou? We are a family of 5 and this is our first trip to POR. We'll be there 8/28 - 9/5. The photos look amazing! I can't wait to get there!

Since the demolition just began a few weeks agop; it doesn't appear there is a room ready and completed or people haven't been able to snag a pic.

The rooms for 5 are the same size; they contain a trundle bed that slides under one of the doubles right now.
