In December me and my best friend are going to Disney World for a week, because I work for some hotels I was able to use reward points to stay at the Park Inn by Radisson but I don't know much about getting cheap transportation r/t from the airport. The resort does have shuttle service for Disney World so there is no problem there. Also, me and my best friend are under the age of 25 so rental car is out of the question. I see a lot of people posting just to get a town car service but I saw that they were like $110 one way and thats pretty expensive to me. I'm hoping to find something a little cheaper if possible.

Mears Shuttle Service may work for you. But I'm not positive they go to your resort, so you will need to look into that. Also, please be aware that while your resort has a shuttle, it is most likely very limited in service. Most off site shuttles only run a couple times a day at set times, and they won't take you to all 4 parks. You will have to do a lot of connecting.

I also *think* there is a car rental service that will rent to people under 25. If there is that would be the way to go. Much nicer having a car off site than having to find a shuttle to your resort and then being stuck with your resort's shuttle service for the parks.
