Hi All, after adding on points at BCV two years ago, we are finally getting to stay there this summer. Unfortunately, it is only for 3 nights and it is in a studio instead of a one bedroom, but was wondering if there is any particular area to request.

Also, we are staying at Saratoga for 5 nights in 1 bedroom. Should you make any special request on reservation??

Thanks,

Pam

When are you going to SSR? We are speculating that most of the first phase will have DD views; but I noted that the website offers other options. Since none of us yet have experience with particular rooms there, I will have to tell you when I return in late May.

We will be there the last of June. Can't wait to hear your report when you come back.

I usually stay on the Epcot side, it's much quieter there on that side, on my last trip I tried a pool view and that was pretty nice too, I was right above the spa on the third floor. I also always try to get something as close to the main elevators and main lobby.
I avoid the far end of the building I believe the room numbers there are in the 70s, it's a long walk back to the lobby, but it is convienent for self parking.
Enjoy your trip!

I honestly don't think there are rooms that you can go wrong with at BCV, with the possible exception of some of the Epcot view rooms. The reason being is that your room will face Epcot Resorts Boulevard. Some people have complained about the noise from the road. I personally have not stayed in one of those rooms so I can't give an accurate description.

Some of the rooms in the mid-50's numbers can be adjacent to the auxiliary elevator which comes out by the quiet pool. You can hear the elevator running at all hours, but after the first night we became used to it. If you're a light sleeper it could bug you.

We had a pool view back in December and enjoyed it. Plus, our room was right next to the wing of BCV that overruns the canal, so walking back to the room from the self-park was real easy. The view wasn't too bad either. You did see some of the parking lot, but the view of the canal and the pool made up for it.

Enjoy your trip!!

Brian
