I don't eat eggs. I like waffles, pancakes, etc. I don't want to waste my time in the parks w/ b/fast.

This is my biggest complaint with the BC/YC/BWI resorts, there CS does not offer hot breakfast options beyond an egg sandwich. Try to explain to a four-year-old why in WDW he can't have a Mickey waffle for breakfast in those resorts, but he had one every morning staying at the monorail resorts. I even sent a complaint email to disney about this.

It just makes no sense to me. I know the moderate and values have wonderful food courts with many options, but so do the monorail resorts. We're very happy with the CS restaurant at the GF. Why they can't add a few waffles, pancakes, french toast to the BC/YC/BWI resorts is beyond me.

We resorted to room service a few mornings.

I'm right there with you guys!! That's one reason I picked the Beach Club Villas instead of the hotel. I figure I can bring some Eggo waffles for DD or even bring my Mickey head waffle iron!

I think Captain's Grille at YC has Mickey Waffles in kids breakfast for $5. I know you are looking CS and not looking to spend that kind of time -- but just in case the waffles are required!

Also more time consuming than you are thinking because of the walk back and forth -- although you could grab the bus there after food) but Dolphin has a CS cafetria style set up with tons of breakfast choices.

I love staying at the BCV and BWV several times a year and the lack of CS choices are the only negative I've ever had. However, not enough to make me not stay here. It's generally worse for May since we always stay at one or the other for 2 weeks. We usually just have breakfast in our room (villa) or venture out for a TS breakfast a couple of times a week. If I'm going to eat a breakfast sandwich (BCV or BWV-bakery), I'd rather save my money and buy some frozen ones and put them in the microwave.

Outside from Cape May Cafe or Captain's Grille, I think the only other place we have had breakfast when we stay at BC or BW is Spoodles.

The other places we go is at the parks ie. Sunshine seasons at Epcot or on our recent trip to DHS - ABC Commissary - which I would not suggest (it was pretty bad, but it's my fault, :sad2: I didn't like their lunch menus, but still decided to try the breakfast :scared:).

The Boardwalk Bakery has some breakfast options but no waffles.
