I work out regularly and I'm going to the Caribbean a month from our trip so no slacking allowed while at WDW....
Any running trails or easy to run sidewalks or any ideas from anyone that exercises while at WDW. I know some resorts have gyms...am I allowed to use them?

Links to posts or websites appreciated. Thanks.

I was reading the new Passport Guide last evening and I believe you can use facilities at other hotels for a fee, which I believe is $12.00.

maybe pay 2 days for weights but I don't know .... how early do buses run? I'm thinking 6 am workout before family wakes up...
Thanks.

I'm sure you can run around the All Star resort complex if that's what you really want to do. Especially at 6:00 AM before most familes are up and about. There are sidewalks that go all around the edge of each All Stars resort, plus plenty of internal sidewalks.

There is a lot of walking involved in a WDW vacation. {shrug} I admit that I don't understand people who use the gyms at WDW or who excersize more. But ... whatever floats your boat ...

And with my little kiddos [7, 5 & 3] there will be no cardio benefit for me [they don't power walk yet ;o)]. And considering I'll eat more than usual and I'm going to be on a beach a month from then, I'll need some workouts.
