staying at airport, take ME next morning??

Can I do this? Due to the price of airfare it was much cheaper for us to fly in on tues night and stay at a hotel at the airport for one night. Our disney reservation begins on wednesday. I was planning on taking Magical express from the airport to our disney hotel on wed. morning when we check out of the original hotel. how do I do this?

I think you can, but you'll need to do some figuring. For your inbound flight, give them flight information for a flight that arrives shortly before you want to board ME. It shouldn't matter from where it is originating -- the important thing is that it arrives at MCO on the day you want to take ME. I'm suggesting selecting a time that is close to when you want to ride ME, but I'm not sure that should even matter. Obviously, do NOT put the ME tags on your checked bags and make sure to retrieve your bags from baggage claim after your flight. Then, when you're ready to go to your resort, you'll have to go through the ME processing area in the airport to board your bus.

I think all resort guests are allowed one ME ride to the resort and one back to the airport, so you aren't trying to beat the system. You're just gaming it.

No problem. To speed up the advance reservation process, have in mind a flight, any flight, any airline arriving in Orlando at about the time you expect to be back at the airport DME welcoming area on your resort check in day. The reservationist may or may not ask for that.

We have done it... it is very easy.

1. Make the ME reservation for the day you check in at the Disney resort. Give them a flight that arrives that day to speed things up.

2. Take the shuttle to your airport hotel after picking up your luggage.

3. Enjoy the airport hotel

4. Take your airport hotel shuttle back to MCO. We told our driver we were going to ME and he dropped us off right there.

5. Check in at the ME as you normally would do and take your luggage to the bus. They'll stow the luggage underneath and off you go..... a small tip for the driver is in order if they handle your bags....
