Stay Put Window Candle best price?

I was eyeing these too last year. They had them at LLBean and Gardener's Supply too. My plan was to buy them when they went on sale after Christmas, but they never went on sale (well, not cheaper than ~$10 each). :sad1:

If you do find them on sale, snag them!

I have a neighbor who put these in her windows last Christmas and though they are pretty from the inside, they are very dim and don't show up too much from the outside. Just wanted to mention this in case you liked the look of bright candle lights in your windows.

Just wanted to add that I did this one year and that was the first and last year I had them. The candles weren't the best (think I paid $6each)and they didn't hold up, then the cost of the batteries (I think each candle took 2). The batteries didn't last long either. Then you have to go around and switch them on and off every night. I couldn't do the electric ones as we didn't have outlets close to the sills and I didn't want running wires all over. Nice look-too much trouble!

I wonder if the electric ones are brighter. Anyone know? We have plenty of outlets, just no sills.

if you still are looking for window candle, I got my Gardener's supply catalog today and they had 2 different types. If you buy 3 or more they were $12.50 ea. or 4 or more of the other type and they were $10 each. Go to www.gardeners.com
