Stay, Play, Dine Pin

I received a pin today and this one is for the "Stay! Play! Dine!. Currently we are booked at asmu with a 30% off pin. My question is at the value resorts does there free dining consist of the quick service plan and then upgrade to plus, or do the value resorts offer a free plus dining plan?

Usually a value is QS and the moderates and deluxes are DDP.

with PIN offers the values AND mods are given free QSDP with the deluxe resorts getting free regular DDP.

General public offers are free QSDP for values only with mods and deluxes getting free regular DDP.

The Deluxe Dining Plan has NEVER been offered for free.
