We got a flyer in the mail for a Stay! Play! Dine! package. It doesn't necessarily say Free Dining, but it is a discounted rate. The good thing about this pin is that it actually covers our travel dates (10/8-10/13) where as the FD pin did not.
However, we did not get this flyer until Mon. June 18 and it has an expiration date of 6/17! :confused3 I have spoken to a CM but they are saying they can't find a pin attached to our name at all.:scared: We are waiting for a call back from Noelle in customer service to try and help us get this resolved. I don't think a public FD pin would help us (if it comes out) because of the dates (we are traveling Columbus Day week.)
Anyone else ever have this problem?

I have a number that may help you. It's at work in my desk and it's a fax number. I was given the number when I got the 'pin-less' pin a few weeks ago and they are a special department for resolving issues with promotions. You can fax them your mailer front and back with a letter stating the issue and they will get back with you (they called me within 25 minutes). If you're interested, I can PM you the number tomorrow.

We received a Game On PIN mailer on Monday June 18th for August dates. It also expired on June 17th. We had a big laugh because it had expired and we are not going in August. If it had been for our travel dates, I would have called right away. I hope they will honor the PIN for you. Our PIN was for room discounts.

We recieved that mailer too and, even though it didn't say, it was free QS.

I would call them as I still think they might honour it.

Good luck!

That would be great, thanks! It may be the number someone contacted me from but I will give it a shot.

Noelle called me back from customer service yesterday. She said that since the pin had expired there wasn't anything she could do. She said that since it was an expired number, the pin number was no longer in the system for them to apply it. I thanked her and told her we would just hope for another. I was skeptical but what else could I do?

I'll PM you the fax number early morning tomorrow when I get to work. :thumbsup2

I also received this same expired offer in the mail on June 18th. Was very disappointed when I noticed that it has already expired. It's not nice to tease people like that!
