Hey yall,

Newbie to Dis here. We are planning a trip to Orlando in early October. There are six of us, two adults and four kids, ages 5-10. We will be staying in a rented house most of our trip, I figure for no more than $100 per night. I am considering having us stay on-site one night to get FOTL access. My questions are:

1) Can all of us fit in one hotel room comfortably?
2) Will we need FOTL for the parks on a Saturday and Sunday in early October?
3) How much can we expect to pay for a room on a Sat. night in early October?
4) Besides FOTL, what are the other perks for staying on-site?

We don’t have AAA, but am considering getting it just for all the ticket and room discounts.

Thanks,

You would have to book two rooms because you can only have a maximum of 5 people per room. It would cost you atleast $500 for one night on-site at the least expensive room at the RPH. PLUS, the hotels charge for parking. However, they DO sell express passes that are good for the FOTL. https://secure.universalstudios.com/WebStore/shop/ViewItems.aspx?Merchant=UOMainOnline&CategoryGroupExternalID=UOMain&CategoryExternalID=UO2ParkUEPLive This might be an option for you. :)

Universal is running a special on tickets right now, $86 per person ( ticket is good for 7 day, both parks and citywalk )
