Hi
We had a very bad experience in Feb at a Days Inn in NC,
My advice to anyone traveling anywhere, call ahead, and don't stay in any franchised own hotels/motels.
We had a very bad experience, and I called everywhere to report them, board of health, hospitality board, Dept of Tourism for that area, it was alot of bother for me, they guy that owns this DUMP got away with it, and spent 80.00 to stay...midnight, drove for 11 hours straight....no hotels available in the immediate area, and we were coming back home to MA.
I finally got a check/voucher from Corp headquarters for 1/2 what we paid, and NO the hotel franchise owner, would never return our calls.
We learned the hard way, NO more franchised own hotels, only Corp owned for us, that way, any problems...they would be solved right away!
Stay away from the Days Inn in Wade, NC.
KEEP DRIVING!!!!!!
