Status of "Men in Black"?

The mother-of-all-MIB-threads (and if you're thinking of one, that's the same one I mean) has been pretty silent for the past year or so.

We're headed to Orlando tomorrow night, and one of our usual things is to put in lots of trips through MiB. So I'm wondering if any of our regulars can give any updates about the state of the ride - a couple years ago, it was in pretty bad shape - lots of the sensors not working, or just plain removed. I was hoping that it would get some TLC when the third movie came out, but never heard anything along those lines.

So, any reports? Thanks.

We go over pretty regularly, and so far as I can tell they havent done anything with the ride as far as rehab. I dont remember it ever closing for any length of time. I know the guns are hit and miss and some are better then others. They might be fixing the sensors, but I dont think with any regularity.

Rode it 3 times yesterday and it's definatly getting dated, some of the guns were total crap

I found the ride fun in AUG 2013.

But if you wanted to improve the ride, maybe look towards a 3d feature, vibrating guns, Vibrating seat when hit etc

This would be a massive yet fun upgrade to this fun ride.


When i return in Aug 2014 i will go back on it but a upgrade would be fun
