Hi
if I am platinum castaway tier
and book two staterooms
putting hubby and BIL in another one
and me and my sister in the other one will we get all palo since one platinum in each room ?

Yes. The highest tier guest in each room allows any other guest in that stateroom to have the benefits of that highest tier.
