Stateroom Opinions

Hello!
This is our second cruise and we just got our stateroom assignment. We are a Category 6 and our stateroom is located midship by the elevator/lobby. What is this location like? Will we hear a lot of noise from the elevators and people coming in and out of the lobby? Any opinions on this stateroom location would be appreciated!!

not sure what deck you are on but we have sailed in deck 7 stateroom 7552 which was very close to the midship elevators and we loved it.. not very much in noise at all.. not sure about the other decks that have more activities nearby on that level though.

We are on Deck 6 #6562. I can't remember if this is a busy deck or not??

We were on Deck 7 by the elevators too. Did not notice any noise. We actually enjoyed the location...easy access to various decks.

We just sailed on the Wonder in 6558 - right near the elevators. We thought our location was great. We didn't hear any noise from the elevators at all and it was very convenient. You could actually see our door/part of our door from the entrance to the elevator lobby, so it's really right next to that and it was great for us.

There's really nothing going on on that deck that I recall, kids clubs and clubs are downstairs, pools and restaurants are upstairs.

We are on Deck 6 #6562. I can't remember if this is a busy deck or not??

Curious too... we booked 6566 for our trip !

I would say you have no worries! First your on a boat, so its better then not being on at all. But in all honesty I have been in cat. 6 near the elevators as well and found it to be just fine. Its great to get anywhere on the ship!
