Stateroom No Longer Available???

Is anyone else getting this message? I booked my cruise earlier this week, but upon doing some research I wanted to change my stateroom. When I log in and try do this, no matter what category or location it tells me "Stateroom No Longer Available". Then I refresh and all the rooms that were available appear available again, but I still keep getting the same message. Anyone else getting this? I really don't want to try to call to make this change given all of the phone craziness, but my deposit is due tomorrow. Was curious if this was a system glitch and others are getting this error or is it just me?

I'm not seeing it right now, but I've seen it before. You can use the chat feature on the site and ask the agent there to switch rooms for you. That is quick and easy enough that it can be done without calling in, unless you are also trying to change categories.

ive been having this issue and i cant get around it its driving me insane

No trick... it just was popping up fine for me so far. I had to contact them the last couple of days. Of course now that I try again it says all agents are busy... I've literally never seen that message before.
