Stateroom decorations?

I'm thinking about having the stateroom decorated for my little boy's birthday which is during our next cruise... for whomever has had this done, was it worth it? And do you have any pictures you could share? Thanks!

I have heard of so many that have had their rooms decorated and I understand it has turned out beautiful - I have seen the decorations at housekeeping and they appear to be of good quality. The do the decorating before you get to your rooms - for the cost, I myself, recommend it - I am sure you will get cruisers that have done this before and will give you their feelings on it.

we have not done the birthday decorations, but our anniversary fell during our cruise this past August and my DH ordered decorations.

They were very nice and really added charm to our stateroom.
