Stateroom 6502?? Forward??

Has anyone ever cruised in stateroom 6502?? Or somewhere near there?
It is a cat 11 and it all the way forward.

I have only cruised in the center, so I am curious about this.

6502 is kind of an unusual room. It is on the outside of the ship, but it doesn't have a window because there is a structural object outside the room that supports part of the bridge, two decks up.

As for location, you should be fine. It's convenient to the forward stairs/elevators, and it's near the end of a dead-end hallway, so you should have very little traffic going by your room.

How are the "seas" when cruising that far forward??

We won the cruise (cat 11), but we are thinking of upgrading to a cat 9. We have cruised twice before in a cat 9 and I love the window and the split bath.

Kamy, do you have some flexibility in which room you can book? If I were to book a Category 11, I'd go for 7119 - 7129 or 7619 - 7629 so that I'd be only steps from the "secret" Deck 7 Aft. Having an inside room wouldn't be as confining if I could get out to a nice quiet deck quickly.

When I booked, there were only 3 choices given to me. Two of them were the staterooms that appear "side ways" and this one.
SInce we are pretty sure we are upgrading, we took this one.

Any other insight would be greatly appreciated!

kamy go for cat 4 room 8502 was very nice
only cost us 1075.00 to upgrade from cat 10 to cat 4 at the port
day of sailing it is as far forward as u can get almost there is room 8500 we really liked this spot...
