I'm in agreement that the best person will truly care about the product. Not just the parks, but the animation, films, and whatever else is determined to be a core business.
They don't have to be an expert in creating those things at every level, but they need to understand and appreciate the impact they have, and be adept at finding the right people to run those businesses.
